Horrible! Use once and throw away

I bought the ability to download music and I did it once with enormous success and pleasure. Now I cant do it again! I can record my voice and upload a photo but forget about adding music. I paid two dollars to use it once. Thanks for helping me elevate my brand for a pittance of quality. I want my money back.
